On Neighbors And Lightsabers
On my way home today, there’s this group of kids at our street playing around, just another usual summer afternoon, so I just continued walking and being nostalgic and remembering the times when I was the one running around with my cousins like that. Good times. What I didn’t expect though was this one kid with a lightsaber, he walked up to me and with all the stance told me ‘I’ve been expecting you’. Then his older brother was like ‘Let the princess pass.’ Why thank you and I’m cool with a duel but I was just happily walking and lightsaberless and with research ideas going over my head and was currently having a fight with my phone giving up on me and that would be a total mismatch. So I just smiled at them and walked away. And all together they were like ‘May the force be with you.’ Then I overheard the older bro saying ‘She’s got a very intimidating walk.’ (o.O)?
HAHA. My neighbors are pretty awesome. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned today, it’s that I should never go on a journey without my weapons. When will I ever learn? Seriously.
I wish I’ll have a 6 month long vacation. Twice a year.
