{This is a PUSO. No, it doesn’t mean HEART, silly!
It is pronounced as pusô. It is rice wrapped in coconut leaves shaped like a diamond and it is served by slicing the coco leaves in half exposing the rice.
It is a dish originating from the province of Cebu, Philippines. Also called Ketupat in Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
Pusô is widely eaten in the side streets with pork or chicken skewers and other grilled selections.

{Project 366 - Day 14.
Eroplano.
Today was pretty much all about airplanes. From researching about airport planning and sketching airport designs for our second major plate in Architectural Design Class to playing a game with my family. This evening, my family and I were playing ‘Pinoy Henyo’, if you already know the rules then good, if not, it’s a game wherein you’ll guess the correct word by asking your partner if it’s a place, a thing, a name, etc. and your partner only gets to answer with a ‘Yes, No or Could be’.
So the first word that should be guessed was ‘AIRPLANE’, and my four year old nephew partnered with our housekeeper’s kid, and when we asked them who’s gonna do the guessing and who’s gonna do the affirming. He then volunteered to guess and HE DID GUESSED IT RIGHT IN FOURTY SECONDS! It was so cute cause when I told him that the timer’s already starting and everyone went silent. He then was like ‘Is it a food?’ Is it a thing? A person?’ and then after pondering for a few seconds he was like ‘Does it fly?’, so Nina was like ‘Yes!’ and then he blurted out ‘AIRPLANE!’.
Adorable smart kid is adorable. :)
Muntik na kitang minahal.
