{This is a PUSO. No, it doesn’t mean HEART, silly!
It is pronounced as pusô. It is rice wrapped in coconut leaves shaped like a diamond and it is served by slicing the coco leaves in half exposing the rice.
It is a dish originating from the province of Cebu, Philippines. Also called Ketupat in Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
Pusô is widely eaten in the side streets with pork or chicken skewers and other grilled selections.
